Shiping and Handling
Obtainium uses the United States Postal Service as the delivery method for all orders. We make our best effort to
ship products within three days of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment
date provided by Obtainium Performance Products to you is a good-faith estimate. You understand that product
availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. Obtainium
Performance Products shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment
or delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Product Returns
You may return all undamaged items purchased within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs
if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are
responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 5 percent. No returned merchandise will
be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you store credit within 7 days of receiving the
returned item(s).

- Stickers, hats, t-shirts, and or damaged parts.
- Titanium parts damaged by sparks generated by grinding, welding or any other method are
considered non returnable.
- Titanium parts that are damaged or altered from anyone other than Obtainium Performance
Products are not returnable.

Customers Under 18
Customers of our online store and email correspondents must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly accept online store
orders or email from customers under 18. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or legal guardian to place an order or
email us.
